Quick Disconnects
Quick Disconnects are simple but effective design is the single most important
addition you can add to your vehicle. Simply by disconnecting the sway bar for
off road use, you can automatically gain up to 37% more wheel travel. This alone
is sometimes more than enough to traverse the toughest trails without expensive
lockers or tires. Our simple design features a male/female connection held together
by one pin. To disconnect simply remove both lynch pins and rotate the sway bar
upwards. When disconnected, the bottom half or male end will remain in the upright
position by bushing compression. The top half or female end will remain with the
sway bar.
Quicker Disconnects
Quicker Disconnects for Jeeps allow 30% more front axle articulation. These
QD's are length adjustable so the consumer can now adjust the length of each drop
link to accommodate different size lift kits and/or unlevel Jeeps. This feature
alone makes them much easier to use, simply because you make them the correct
length. Featuring unique floating jimmy joints with Dura-Thane bushings that will
rotate a full 360 degrees and each has 11 degrees of misalignment angle capability.
The stainless steel pins also are unique in that they have a tapered nose. The
combination of tapered pins and the jimmy joints now allows you to disconnect
them on unlevel surfaces.

Shock Conversion
A common problem with any lifted Cherokee, Wrangler, or Grand Cherokee is
that many shock manufacturers simply do not build a stud-style shock in
long enough lengths to accommodate high travel after-market lift kits, however,
they do in the more popular EB1 mount style. These "Shock Conversions"
are a simple bolt on item that will allow you to use any EB1 shock.

Adjustable Coil Over Spacer (ACOS)
The JKS Adjustable Coil Over Spacer or ACOS system will allow the end
user to fine tune or adjust his/her suspension system to accommodate for
different variables such as the added weight of bumpers, winches, sagging
springs, tire size changes, leveling vehicles front-to-back, or leveling
vehicles side-to-side. There is a minimum of 1.25" of lift built
into the ACOS system and is infinitely adjustable there after.

Bar Pin Eliminators
JKS Bar Pin Eliminators prevent distortion of the shock absorber bushings
by adding lateral compression, or preload. This ensures the bushings maintain
their shape and deflect suspension impact forces to the shock absorbers,
thus preventing the annoying noises and premature bushing failure common
with standard bar pins.
